What are some of the best things about your team?

They are easy to work with and we all support one another.

What makes you most happy at work?

The people I work with, and the mission to help the patients.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone wants to get the job done! And we have fun doing it.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Hard workers. Team oriented and fun to work with. We have each other's backs.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Easy-going and social environment, though it gets stressful at times. Everyone works hard and there's positive energy.

What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy the work that I do and I enjoy working as a team. The technical challenges are engaging.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation feels stagnant, there is no clear goals to help grow compensation. Even with high-stress tasks and expectations to respond after-hours.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The responsibility does not reflect the compensation. As the responsibilities grow, the compensation remains or is increased meagerly from standard yearly %. Clear growth/incentives would really help dial in expectations.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership seems disconnected with the needs of the workforce. There needs to be effort to understand the struggles of the day to day and better efforts to retain and to better enable their capabilities to do their work.
