I love that we are making a difference in patient's lives and I enjoy working and supporting my clients. Building lasting relationships with my clients one of the best parts of my job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued but would like the commission plan to truly reflect the Total Revenue that a large territory brings in for the Company versus a heavily weighted percent to goal that doesn't consider everything that goes into managing and retaining bigger territory w/ more Revenue
