I believe the most positive portion of the Ambry culture is the open door policy with the senior leaders.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Promotional opportunities are not consistent across all departments, my wage is not industry standard for the work that I do and the benefits package is shallow.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More and more job duties added without increased compensation. Doing more and working more than 40 hours as a salaried employee is not beneficial to fair compensation.
