Everyone works well together, respects each other, there is no feeling of thinking anyone is smarter/better/more important than anyone else on our team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If genetic counselors were paid equally regardless of if work on clinical side or commercial side. Also if we had better health insurance coverage.
