I have loved being a part of the Ambry ecosystem. People seem genuinely happy to do their jobs and to interact with one another. There is also always recognition of some form or another for excellence, and I think that that goes a really long way with boots on the ground at a teammate level

That we can laugh together when there is a breath of free time, and that everyone seems to have great senses of humor

How informative and inclusive they all are. On top of being driven with executable vision, they also love keeping everyone invested in what's going on.

That we like to cut up and have fun when and where we can, while also getting high volume and accuracy numbers on a daily basis

Their energy, their transparency, and their ability to break down high level concepts and ideas for the masses. Also doesn't hurt that they all have great senses of humor!!

That they are excited and have clear a clear vision is paramount. Beyond that, I love that the company is transparent about what's going both internally and as a business. I also love that everyone feeling "looked after" is the rising tide that raises all ships. Keep up the great work!
