We've had challenges in the last three years but I appreciate being part of Ambry even more now knowing that even when things were less rosy the company still kept their values as we tried to accomplish more with less. After succeeding being lean it's exciting to see what we can do with resources

We all feel a sense of purpose coming to work and the comapny goals aren't just lio service. We are trying to better the world through science

We have the best team! Everyone is knowledgable, willing to help, and feels a sense of ownership over what we do and delivering the best work we can
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited days off take all thre work/life balance pressure off. I know if i have an appointment i don't bave to hoard PTO or risk not gettijg a vacation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The exwcutive team is transparent especially with trying to find a new investor. We had a meeting to introduce new members of the team and we all have horror stories of past companies. We all also agreed that fhe company culture is really great here and that comes from the top down
