People here know that Ambry is the clear industry leader. You can't buy that and it shows: people are great at their jobs, but most are also very humble
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base is competitive. Our health coverage for CA is around 80% paid for the individual, dental is mostly taken care of, and vision is fully paid for. 401k match as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From top down they truly care about our employees and the impact we're making in patients lives. We are the #1 leader in genetic hereditary cancer tests and it shows in our culture: Humble and hungry.
