There is a great sense of camaraderie at Ambry. This is really what makes this place a great place to work.

The team I directly work with has the same mentality and work ethic. It makes me feel like we are working towards the same goals with the same intensity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership teams tries to involve and engage everyone. It is also very encouraging to see them around as well and generally it helps to know they actually really care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would that the HR team or someone would do a better comparative analysis of regions new by like LA and SD. The compra ratios for the position I am in are definitely lower than I had hoped. But some one the other perks make up for it.
