The company pays different salaries for the same roles, without any clear guidance or information on why pay is differentiated. I'd like clearer guidance on why I'm paid 10K less than my peers.
Leadership sets very high expectations, asks for a lot from their middle managers, but does very little to recognize and celebrate accomplishments. Pay transparency and equity needs to improve, individual accomplishments should be congratulated.
