The proper amount of stages. Interaction with the key members of the team and face time with the executive team.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are competitive yet we work together for the greater good which is getting appropriate testing to as many patients as possible. Everyone has their strengths that they share to pull up the rest of the team in that specific area.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The open communication and transparency is fantastic. I feel I can reach out to any level of the organization. Senior Leadership was very fair to the sales team during the time when our volume took a hit due to COVID. There is a culture of setting personal goals and holding yourself accountable.
