Lately I see a lot of burn out, overworking, too many projects, and frustration at not being listened to across teams. I am concerned a lot of good people are going to leave this company.

Cutting down on projects. Hire enough people to handle all of the work.

I would rather have increased compensation for our internal teams to keep our talent.

Resource, infrastructure, clear executive strategy, and far more appreciation for internal teams that are drowning.

Ambry team members care about the quality of work and work hard to complete work on time.

Smart, hard working colleagues that care deeply about the quality of the work we do for patients.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are beginning to truly align on strategy and being on the same page. This is a big improvement from years past and provides clarity to the whole company.
