Need a new HR leader...HR is a function to change the culture of the company. We don't have the right leader in the HR department. It is all about the person..not the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
1. Culture needs to change 2. Leaders need to execute what communicated for example, during the pandemic, cost control communicated but then there was communication on promotions that was communicated not going to happen during this period of time.
