Ambry should, at bare minimum, keep up with the cost of living in Orange County.
Maternity leave is kind of a joke. I had to pool all of my PTO, which I earned to get paid fairly and I still won't get the time off I want paid
Ambry does not keep up with the standard of living in Orange County. On many occasions people have asked for raises to keep up with the basic cost of living and they aren't set into motion with the promise of "next time." Yet the workload significantly increases with no reward.
