my accounts and clients, making a difference in a clinical setting and impacting patient's lives. also the ability to make $, that needs some improvement for employee retention - several peers are looking for other opportunities for more pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low base salary. AEs are now doing clinical topics and CARE everywhere on our own which is more than any of us were under the impression we would be responsible for . getting offers at other companies for way more money to just sell 1 product, not the whole CARE platform without a GSL in the field.
