This is not a positive work environment. It's hostile, negative, and unsupportive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are higher expectations for some employees while management/leadership gets paid a significant amount more while doing less work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to be able to take time off without the expectation of working during PTO. That's been consistent at Ambry. We need time off.
