What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the monthly conference calls which explain the companies direction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission amount went up so that’s a plus however I don’t agree with the structure of the plan and not making full
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager Sam Giardina is phenomenal and my team feels like a real team. We have a team text chain and communicate daily.
