What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Listen to the people. Let them do the work needed to make improvements.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The messaging is always super positive, but completely dissociated from reality. Everything is spun as a win regardless of it's actual impact.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team keeps things running no matter what. They help each other out and make things happen. When change is thrust upon them they adapt and keep moving.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Many people are leaving for a lot more money. I've had offers from outside companies paying me more money for a position several levels below my current position.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Providing the needed resources. Listening to the people doing the work. Actually fixing problems instead of looking for a superficial "win." Respecting differences among people. Supporting maintenance projects. Establishing realistic timelines.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The coworkers are all disgruntled and broken spirited due to poor management. The good ones don't last long, so there is no tribal knowledge and people are always learning on the job.
