I haven't been at the company very long, but, I would describe my experience so far as: frustrating, chaotic, and rewarding. Onboarding to my team was non-existent, and that was very frustrating. A lack of systems and processes make things chaotic. But learning new things has been rewarding.

They type of work that I do and the fact that it makes providers lives a little bit easier and helps make our healthcare system better.

They seem to be committed to a very focused, specific strategy for the coming year that, if implemented and pushed down through the organization properly, will propel us towards our long term goals as an organization.

The interactions with the people I work with as well as being a part of a company that is on the front edge of healthcare technology trying to help patients and physicians make better informed decisions about their health.
