They are open minded enough to allow the different parts of the company thrive and grow to meet their independent needs, but they are committed to setting goals that keep everybody focused on the same target.
What are some of the best things about your team?
If you're at Ambry now, after everything we've achieved and been through together, you're meant to be here. My team brings that energy to the table every day, and a lot of other teams do to. We're going to move mountains if we keep this momentum up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The possibility that working from home will be an option for us is life changing. We got a year working remote, proving that we have the capability to be productive without having to spend gas to sit at a different desk to do the same work. The fact that this was heard by leadership is exciting.
