Friends still there say more leaving due to lack of leadership & vision. Mgmt focus changed annually without solving any problems. Diversity is good, but was done poorly as I left with quota targets (% goals) demotivating long time performers that might have grown to displace poor management.

Coworkers need to speak up more, but culture discourages this.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Following through on anything related to fixing the operation. Treat non-Union employees better. Look at facts rather that the preconceived and deluded narrative that they want to be true.
