Horrible company. I have been working in Reservations for 3 months, and they treat and expect emoloyees to work like machines. Horrible pay,. I am only staying until i find a new job.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have nothing positive to say about American Airlines. My coworkers however are a huge support, as they are experiencing the same things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
AA does not oay a livable wage. Overtime is mandatory. Zero flexibility in shifts. Zero work life balance. I took this job to be oart if my life. It be my life. Supervisors are condescending, and petty.
