Again.. hire people that know our jobs not peyote with a degree in how to manage that they learn from a book!
To be paid the holidays we lost, the holiday pay we lost, the double time after 4 hrs of overtime and in second day off.. that we lost. Decent profit sharing like Delta.. hire more supervisors tat know what we do.. not choose graduates tat haver never worked or jobs.
