Disappointing for 28 years and counting

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Money, money, money.....they couldn't care less about the passengers or the employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our pilots are wonderful professionals in spite of the lack of true leadership of this "company".

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I don't think it can be improved because corporate America is nothing but about turning companies into winning mega lottery tickets for the few at the top.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The line employees are the producers with pilots and cabin crew putting their lives on the line every flight. But money is the religion here while lip service is the rhetoric they use to try to motivate us.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The line employees are third class citizens, management are second class citizens and executives are the royalty. The executives don't know how to lead except to throw huge money at themselves and large bonuses and management. For the line employees, they get crumbs. It's disappointing to see.
