What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not too much at the "C" level. Direct boss is excellent.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quit giving us a list of excuses why our employee group cannot be paid with benefits at industry LEADING rates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should be receiving industry leading compensation at American Airlines, and not be treated as second class citizens in pay or benefits.
