The encouraging talk of when you are there for years and have the good pay and benies.

They are trying to get to us with a great job proposal but the union will not let us vote on it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We lost a week of vacation back in 2003 and now took away base shutdown during the Christmas week. So disappointing when we go backwards.
