
Flight attendants should be paid from sign in to block in. When you add up boarding, delays etc we're working hours and hours FOR FREE
My flight service coworkers are great, however relations between other departments need major repairing and it starts with management putting a stop to pitting us against each other.
They need to actually listen to the concerns of the employees and actually put action in their promises. Employees need to know that we are valued. Without the front line employees there wouldn't be an airline.
I think the company doesnt deliver on all of their promises and i also believe they are constanty downgrading the product which upsets the passengers who then take our their frustrations on those of us who have no control over the changes
