While there have been a couple of bumps the overall experience at this company had been very good. Not only are the health benefits very good, but the flight benefits were unexpected and nice, if you don't mind standby. The customer for the most part have been understanding and great to be around

The benefits are very good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most really enjoy the company of the coworkers, the bosses, and the customers on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to be genuinely appreciative of the customer and going out of their way to assist them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about the company and the individual. They put out daily updates and there at least weekly videos on matters concerning the company and employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
For my interview it was only with two other individuals who were versed already on my resume and background. This made talking about myself easier as they already had an idea of were I could fit in.
What makes you most happy at work?
My position lets me interact with Pilots and Pilots in training, as well as other company employees who are going through a training class to I get to interact with a very broad cross section of the company and get to hear a lot about what is happening within the company.
