I've been with the company for a little while and I've learned so much from the individuals who have worked there for years. I like the company as a whole and I like the people that I work with and who supervise me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits such as medical, dental, and vision are great. The travel benefits are the overall best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are mostly retired law enforcement so there's a lot of familiarity in the field which makes for great stories and expierences.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning more about my job. It's a fairly simple job, but I am given the opportunity to learn something new about it every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A variety of different law enforcement backgrounds. From corrections, to police, detention and so on. Also the difference of states in which the people come from.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even though they are busy, they do make time to get back to any questions or concerns you may have via email if they can not speak to you in person
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was explained that the pay was not the best, but the benefits were great which is very true. It was also explained the advancement and opportunities to move or transfer within the company which is good.
