They make the time to visit with us and have an 'open door' policy. Always open to new ideas and how to change things for the better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are endless opportunities at American Airlines. If you work hard and communicate your goals to your Manager, as time progresses - you will continue to grow with the company.

The people that I work with. All are truly invested in one another. Secondly would be our Leadership. They believe in us to do our jobs daily & to the best of our ability. More importantly, they do not micromanage us.
