I honestly can't say any good things about my team.
They need to get better at communicating with their workers.
The interview process was easy it was enjoyable. no improvement needed on that
I feel undervalued because im yelled at all day on the phone and not getting paid enough for it. Callers come in fussing at me for refunds on refundable tickes.
I work at home and I book tickets. I often get angry customers on my phone who want a refund on a nonrefundable ticket. I often get cussed at, yelled at, and death threats said towards me every day while on the phone. Customers shouldn't be allowed to speak to us this way.
