
Leadership at AA does not understand the human element in employees. Being disciplined for getting ill is inhumane
AA cannot do anything right. The management is so out of touch with the average employee- the average employee feels it and is acting out in ways that hurt the image and brand of the company
Leadership at the company needs to experience what being a frontline employee is like. Jill Surdek, the VP over flight attendants needs to quit parading around like she's a flight attendant and actually be a flight attendant
The younger generation at American Airlines is not afraid to get in there and get things done and make suggestions for improvements. The older generation on the other hand needs to just retire or leave the company and the majority of them are openly unhappy with their employment
