very very low wages for front line workers, customer service reps, whom work quite hard and are the main face of the airline!!

When I am able to work independently! (not micro managed)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
cultural diversity, within the company, and those we serve! We are American!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Don't ever see them to make a fair call! We are really just bodies on the front line.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Have not had any "meetings" since I started at current location 6 months ago! Would be great to do so!
