The retirement benefits and pension.

They pay for most of your prescriptions and everything

We got a pay raise because nobody wants to work for this company. Raising the rate of pay won't stop people from hating the fact that they must spend 20 years at night shift before a day job come up.

Based on a competitor analysis there are other professionals in my career with higher salaries.

Basically overlooked mumerous times for promotions due to doing what i was told to do when hiref such as report waste abuse.when that happens your done and shame that it persist after 18 years
