Overall, it is a sound company, however, there are a few people who are placed in leadership roles that are not suited to their experience or skill set. But, the good people outnumber the weak.

There has been many changes at the company and management and experienced a lot of instability within my department and others. However, I have enjoyed my work and love what I do. I strongly believe that compensation plan can be improved and good performing employees should be awarded accordingly.

I think it may be worth exploring giving staff one free day a quarter for mental health. We are often stretched, and morale is low. Whilst I can see and appreciate the lengths the business is going to with the relaxation courses it's often something I'm unable to fit into my day.

Coordinators are performing managerial roles while not getting advancement opportunities. Basic welfare removed from the existing staff. E.g. reimbursement for health screening, funds for office welfare and lunch, which led me to feel that the company does not value us as part of organisation.

It feels like many people are on the cusp of burn out. More communication/ contact with the ELT. Town Halls- the Business would need to understand that initial feedback may be unconstructive/ negative but facing it and providing feedback will better the situation.

More space for creativity. I feel trapped to provide quality creative work due to the lowball prices we have offered to our customers. Work gets mundane and tedious when we see the same low budget options everyday.
