Everyone is very competent in their role and has in depth knowledge of the platform and its capabilities. Strong willingness to work as a team and help others out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sometimes the work can be feast or famine, but that is just the nature of the role. Either way, leadership ensures success during the fast-paced, busy times by helping to load balance, and encourages recovery time to ensure the team is ready to go when the time comes.
