What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really enjoy the equity program Appian offers employees. It's a great way to be compensated but also drive impact/add value to the company as a whole.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy my colleagues and feel that I have a great work-life balance. Being able to have a great work day and then step away and enjoy my evening/personal time is really fulfilling.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how open the leadership team is to feedback. What's working, what's not working? What's a good idea? What needs to be reconsidered? Listening to employees at all levels helps keep Appian a great place to work as any employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so talented and motivated, yet incredibly kind. We want each other to be successful and love making that happen together. There's a ton of trust and autonomy, but also a strong support network to lean on when you need to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a mid-sized firm, there's this balance between a small company feel, where everyone knows everyone and is super accessible, yet this tremendous opportunity for growth. It's exciting that some of the things I'm working on have never been done at Appian before, and I can truly make my mark.
