What do you like best about the leadership team?
Level structure - easy to access & friendly/open to feedback, connecting with lower-level employees, etc. I also generally think of our leaders as strong, ethically grounded, motivating forces within the company. I am grateful for that.

Witnessing the moment when things start to "click." Sales can feel uncontrollable, so finding things we can control is wildly empowering. "Click" moments, where reps can diagnose a specific thing to work on, make the job dramatically more dynamic.
