What do you like best about the leadership team?
CEO Communication is really good. However, at the VP level it would be good to hear more from them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The role that I'm in doesn't appear to be well defined by Appian. As a result, I am doing the jobs of many which results in longer than expected hours and weekend commitments
