The people are great to work with, at all levels and job families.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base compensation seems to be below other tech companies and RSU's need to be refreshed.

They seem quite intelligent and speak confidently about what they are setting out to communicate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People here have tenure and still seem to enjoy coming in to work. They are willing to answer my questions and be helpful.
