Generally a good company to work for with good benefits. But very US centric so non-US employees are often overlooked and not given the same benefits and training opportunities.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's been no increase in the starting salary compared to other employees a few years ago for the same role in order to combat inflation. Company stocks for non-US employees are taxed at the maximum rate so it is worth a lot less.
