Everybody has a vested interest in everybody else's success. They openly share best practices, similar use cases, their expertise and insights to help their peers. We have a very diverse set of skills that compliment each other and we celebrate each others' successes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is brilliant and brilliant people love to learn and they appreciate when their ideas are challenged. People speak freely of their ideas and encourage others to poke holes and/or contribute to making their ideas better. It's a very safe and open environment.
