We are a highly efficient and highly collaborative team. Dissent exists, but is managed well. Overall, we have a good time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is a great mentor and teacher. He leads by example, and teaches you along the way. He is good at delegating, but is also quick to chime in when he is needed.
