So far, so great. It's been a great 6+ mont start and I haven't for a second doubted my decision to join Appian. My hope is that I have a very long and bright future ahead of me with this company.

Transparency, communication, and encouragement of work/life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Commitment to quality. People give a crap and it shows. It's nice to be in an environment where people don't just talk about it but actually deliver on it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication and the willingness to help. They care a lot about quality and delivering the best work possible so it's a great environment to produce meaningful work and get better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would have to choose salary. At the end of the day it's the most important thing. All the other stuff is nice and certainly helps and I appreciate it but salary is top priority.
