Commitment to quality. People give a crap and it shows. It's nice to be in an environment where people don't just talk about it but actually deliver on it.
Communication and the willingness to help. They care a lot about quality and delivering the best work possible so it's a great environment to produce meaningful work and get better.
I would have to choose salary. At the end of the day it's the most important thing. All the other stuff is nice and certainly helps and I appreciate it but salary is top priority.
