What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very tight-knit, we're very liberal with giving out praise where it's deserved, but also are able to provide constructive feedback when necessary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We really emphasize the positives in what people are doing - I haven't been in an organiziation that places this much emphasis on celebrating wins. It's a great culture that I think more places should adopt.
