The ability for me to be a remote employee and still be 100% integrated and involved.

I like that leadership team communicates well and does not leave people guessing as to what our goals are.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is shown respect and treated equally. There doesn't seem to be any "favorites" and our managers are always available if you need them.
