What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are invested in the platform and truly seem enthusiastic about it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency is good. I've worked other places where it was difficult to know the intentions of the higher ups.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid more would make my comfort of living easier and then in turn make me a better employee. I don't necessarily feel undervalued, but the level of work that I put out vs what I get paid seems like there could be an adjustment.
