My manager has considered signed bonus as Appian Japan doesn't eligible about RSU.

Since Japan has limited resources, global team is supporting our business. Also use contractor to support growing Japan business.

We don't have benefit package as we don't have number of employees to meet criteria. My manager has offered me retention bonus instead that.
