I've answered from the perspective of my region which I view as healthy. However, I'm concerned around the level of change within HQ - whilst I appreciate that change is constant I also believe that we need to find some consistency and success quickly in our main regions.

Potential, People & Product - we have all three.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Appian has a strong vision and often leads the market, however has become slow at making decisions which impact the regions in being effective.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Within my region there is a real energy to grow and expand the business - the results over the past few years have been impressive.
