They're all committed and still here. That stability stook out for me when I first joined.

Really smart and generous team members. Some have been here a very long time and are a wealth of knowledge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Technology is always changing and Appian is a toolbox of many technical features. We can solve a lot of different problems using our toolbox which makes the work interesting.
