I like my 70/30 commission plan & the generous 401k contribution plan.

I love our HQ and the people I get to work with every day.

I believe they are open to new ideas that will drive Appian's growth and those ideas can come from anyone at Appian.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team works well together and are open to supporting one another. I rarely hear someone say "that's not in my job description"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and I don't find "clicks" at Appian like I have with other companies. We just have a great family-orented type of culture here.
